I went to the base gym with Ross and ran about 3/4 of a mile, then did some leg exercises. Afterward, I felt horribly light-headed, so I had to lay down on the couch in the gym and again outside on the grass.I'm home now, but still feel icky. My legs feel like rubber, too.
